Windle "Red" Shelton served in Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales, Sales Training, Sales Management, and Human Resource Development during 35 years of service with The General Electric Company and served as President of Market Power, Inc. developing experience-based sales and customer service training programs for Fortune 500 companies.

Dr. Herfert has worked with companies in a variety of industries including automotive (DaimlerChrysler), chemical (Bayer), banking (Advance Bank), advertising (Grey), aviation (Airport Leipzig/Halle), consulting (Roland Berger), e-commerce (mondus, Spreadshirt) and administrative (City of Leipzig, Thomas Church). He also has more than 4.5 years of teaching experience earned during his doctorate program and his current position as Marketing professor at Sullivan University.
